In this Criteria webinar, Hector Castro offers an analysis of the institutionalization of ETES from the political point of view and institutional design decisions, from the location of the issue on the political agenda to the start-up of an entity in charge of providing evidence for decision making. Both theoretical and applied analysis is made with emphasis on the creation and implementation of the Institute for Health Technology Assessment (IETS) of Colombia.
