In this presentation, Manuel Espinoza will examine the contribution of the Ricarte Soto Law to the Chilean coverage system, identifying its benefits, its weaknesses, and the challenges facing its implementation. Sharing experiences on the creation of a fund to cover the high cost is very topical, since a growing number of countries in the region are doing so.
